1 bad news, fertilizer prices will increase, and it will cost more! 1 Good news, the Ministry of Rural Affairs has "shot"

2022-04-29 Back to list

Since last year, affected by the continuous increase in the price of international agricultural fertilizers, domestic fertilizers have also started to rise all the way. Since March, Russia, a major fertilizer exporter, has restricted the export of agricultural fertilizers, which has driven the international fertilizer market to rise again. Many countries have introduced corresponding measures. For example, Ukraine and Vietnam have banned the export of agricultural fertilizers, and Brazil has increased the scale of imports.

In this context, the price of domestic agricultural fertilizer has also begun to rise. Since the spring ploughing this year, chemical fertilizer has ushered in a sharp rise. Now that the wheat harvest is imminent, the demand for summer fertilizer has gradually increased, and the price of chemical fertilizer has ushered in a rise.

Now there is bad news, that is, the price of fertilizers will continue to rise. What is going on? But don't worry, there is still good news coming.

01. A bad news is coming

With the increase in domestic and foreign demand, the order volume of urea enterprises is also increasing, so the mentality of price support is strong. However, due to the maintenance of some enterprises recently, the daily output of urea has dropped to 161,000 tons, which is lower than the same period of previous years. Coupled with the increasing demand for fertilizers in summer, the price of urea can be described as high.

For example, the quotations in Shandong and Hebei are 3180-3210 yuan/ton; the quotations in Jiangsu and Anhui are 3250-3330 yuan/ton; the quotations in Shaanxi and Gansu are 3180-3260 yuan/ton; the quotations in Heilongjiang and Liaoning are 3230-3280 yuan/ton; the quotations in Guangxi are 3350-3380 yuan / ton; Guangdong price is 3440-3480 yuan / ton.

As early as the beginning of the year, the quotation of urea was 2300-2500 yuan/ton, but now, urea has generally risen by 800 yuan/ton, which shows that the increase is huge. As the ex-factory price of urea has risen, its retail price has also risen to a new height. For example, the average retail price of urea in Shanxi is 151 yuan/bag, Jilin is 166 yuan, Anhui is 165 yuan, Shandong is 168 yuan, and Jiangxi is 180 yuan. , Hubei is 169 yuan, Guangdong is 180 yuan, and Shaanxi is 161 yuan.

The quotation in Shandong is temporarily stable, and the market is running weakly. The ex-factory quotation of medium and small particles refers to 3200-3230 yuan/ton, the market receiving price in Linyi area is about 3260 yuan/ton, and the receiving price in Heze area is about 3260 yuan/ton;

The quotation in Henan is temporarily stable, and the mainstream ex-factory quotation of small and medium particles is 3200-3300 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Hebei is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory price of small particles refers to 3200-3250 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Anhui is temporarily stable, and the mainstream ex-factory quotation of small particles refers to 3250-3330 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Jiangsu is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory quotation of medium and small particles refers to 3300-3320 yuan / ton;

The price in Hubei is temporarily stable, and the factory quotation of small particle mainstream enterprises is 3280 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Shanxi is temporarily stable, and the mainstream ex-factory quotation refers to 3120-3150 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Shaanxi is temporarily stable, and the mainstream factory reference for small and medium particles is 3080-3260 yuan / ton;

The price in Liaoning is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory reference of medium and small particles is about 3260 yuan/ton;

The quotation in Jilin area is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory price of small and medium-sized urea is about 3280 yuan/ton;

The quotation in Heilongjiang is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory quotation of small particles refers to 3250-3280 yuan / ton;

The price in Inner Mongolia is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory quotation of medium and small particles refers to 3000-3050 yuan / ton;

The price in Guangxi has been lowered by 20 yuan/ton, and the mainstream wholesale price in the small and medium particle market is 3360-3380 yuan/ton;

The price in Guangdong is temporarily stable, and the mainstream wholesale price of small and medium particles is 3460-3480 yuan / ton;

The price in Yunnan is temporarily stable, and the mainstream ex-factory quotation of small and medium-sized urea is 3130-3250 yuan / ton;

The quotation in Sichuan is temporarily stable, and the ex-factory quotation of medium and small particles is 3200-3230 yuan / ton;

Such a market situation has also made many farmers complain about it. In previous years, urea was only 90-100 yuan per bag, but now it has ushered in skyrocketing, and the cost of farming has also increased by 80-110 yuan per mu.

However, there is still bad news, that is, the price of urea will continue to rise. From the recent export news, 300,000 tons of urea exported to India has passed the legal inspection, which will definitely support the domestic market. Coupled with the fact that the standard chemical fertilizer in India is much higher than that in China, it is expected that there is still room for urea to rise in the future.Of course, in addition to urea, the prices of phosphate fertilizers and potash fertilizers have all risen. Although the demand for phosphate fertilizers is not too high today, with the continuous increase of phosphate rock and sulfur raw materials, the production cost of phosphate fertilizers continues to rise. At present, the retail price of phosphoric acid diamine is basically above 200 yuan. For example, the price of Jiangxi and Beijing is 213 yuan per bag, Shandong is 221 yuan, Sichuan is 225 yuan, and Jilin is 212 yuan, which is about 60-80 yuan higher than in previous years.

In fact, the increase in urea and phosphate fertilizers was caused by the increase in export volume. In April, my country exported 1.74 million tons of fertilizers, including 150,000 tons of urea, 180,000 tons of monoammonium phosphate, 190,000 tons of diamine phosphate, and 820,000 tons of ammonium sulfate. With the boost of fertilizer exports, bad news will inevitably come next, and fertilizer prices will gradually rise.Of course, the price of potash fertilizer will also rise, mainly because my country still needs to import potash fertilizer to meet domestic demand, the market supply is tight, and the port inventory has dropped to less than 2 million tons, thus driving the increase in potash fertilizer. The market will continue to rise.

02. A good news strikes

The rise in fertilizer prices will inevitably increase the cost of farmers' purchase of summer fertilizers, which makes many farmers complain about it. In fact, the state has also focused on supervision and crackdown on price-gouging units or individuals, in order to stabilize the fertilizer market.Of course, good news for farmers is that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the "Administrative Measures for the Harmless Treatment of Diseased Livestock and Poultry and Diseased Livestock and Poultry Products", which pointed out that the county-level government should speed up the implementation of the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry. Governance subsidies and agricultural machinery purchase subsidies.

For farmers, the breeding industry will inevitably encounter the problem of livestock and poultry deaths. Once livestock and poultry die, many people will randomly discard them into fields, ditches, and fish ponds. This is obviously not a scientific way to deal with pollution. The environment also increases the risk of bacterial infection.Next, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs instructed all localities to improve the harmless treatment system, and cover the whole process of raising, slaughtering, transportation and other livestock and poultry diseases and deaths. Reduce the losses of farmers, so that farmers can actively plan and deal with dead livestock and poultry.Of course, the official once again emphasized the subsidy for the purchase of agricultural machinery. In fact, this subsidy existed many years ago, and it is usually subsidized by 30-35% of the agricultural machinery and equipment, and the maximum subsidy for a single machine does not exceed 600,000 yuan. Over the years, many people have taken bribes from it, reducing the purchase cost.

In addition, the old machines in the hands of farmers can also be used for replacement, which can further reduce the purchasing pressure. The reason why the government attaches great importance to the purchase of agricultural machinery is also to ensure the mechanization rate of my country's agriculture, improve agricultural production efficiency and reduce costs.Of course, you don't have to worry about the rise in fertilizer prices. Now the State Administration of Municipal Supervision has spoken out, it will never allow the disorderly increase in fertilizer prices, and requires fertilizer companies to give priority to supplying the domestic market. What do you think?
